Despite the cultural differences and all the contexts that we have been discovering throughout this week, in order to edit this article I focused on two words that I’ve heard several times and which I think it is worth to share.

When we talked with the Team of Educators working at Maison de la Education, they told us the importance of cooperation, not only inside their Team, but also with the families of the young people they help, with the schools they support to articulate the learning skills of the youngsters and with the community they operate in.

The other word that I choose is motivation, that was always present during the Team work and during different activities developed as well as with the children they follow.

It seems to me that despite the obvious differences we find, the basis of work is transversal to all cultures, languages and continents.
